AdWords

Google AdWords are small text adverts which are shown next to Google's search results, as well as on Google's AdSense affiliates.

You could use AdWords to promote either your own web site (containing affiliate links) or to promote your affiliate links directly (Important: see the AdWords page, as there are some relatively new restrictions which may make the latter option more difficult).
PPC Listings

You could also advertise your own site, or affiliate links on Pay per click search engines.
