The traditional (and still in our opinion, the best) way to make money with affiliate programs, is to create your own web site.

So, if you don't currently a web site, you could create one - and if you do already have a web site, you could add some affiliate links to your web pages.

In order to create a web site, you'll need:

A Domain Name to identify your site. For example, this web site's domain name is AffiliateCavern.com.
A Web Host to store your web pages and make them viewable by people browsing the web.
Information/content to put on your web site. You'll need to create this content in HTML, and you may find these resources for web design helpful. Of course, there are many different types of web site that you could create, but here a few ideas that could work with affiliate programs:
(Feel free to mix and match the ideas!)
- Content Site
  
  A content site is one which contains information, articles or other content for people to read and view. You could create content on any topic that you like.
- Sales Site
  
  A sales site is one which primarly about selling products, either your own, or affiliate products.
- Search Site
  
  These are sites which provide users with a search facility. You could either create a general "Search The Internet" site (of course there may be lots of competition!), or create a specialist search site which focus on a particular topic such as books, posters, software, or whatever.
